Without the joys of eating…
It’s been years since he’s taken a bite out of a whole apple. Harder bread, a good steak, his grandchildren’s favorite food—he’s forced to give them all up because his dentures can’t handle the strain.
The adhesive is only a symptomatic treatment
He puts it in every morning, but by noon it’s already coming loose. Denture adhesive isn’t a solution—it’s just a temporary “fix” for a long-term problem. Meanwhile, the jawbone is wasting away underneath it.
A sense of shame is the heaviest burden
He holds back in social situations. He doesn't laugh out loud. He avoids having his picture taken. It's not because of his dentures—it's because he knows they could let him go at any moment.
It's not your fault, and it's not an inevitable condition. Removable dentures are inherently unstable—but that can be changed!
He's in good hands here—he can sleep soundly!

How do we stabilize your dentures?
A single procedure, performed under local anesthesia. It’s practically the same set of teeth… only they don’t move anymore.
Free Consultation
We will examine your teeth and jawbone in person. We’ll let you know if we can preserve your current teeth and determine exactly how many implants are needed. A quote with no hidden costs.
Implant Placement
We insert the titanium screws under local anesthesia, sometimes without even making an incision in the gum. The procedure takes 60 minutes. It's painless!
Securing the Dentures
The clasps built into the denture snap onto the spherical ends of the implants. The result is immediately noticeable: the denture doesn't move, wobble, or come loose.
A Fulfilling Life
You can eat, laugh, and speak—without any worries. The dentures must be removed daily for cleaning, but they stay securely in place while you eat. Peace of mind for years to come. Backed by a warranty.
If your existing dentures are in good condition, there’s no need to replace them—we’ll modify and secure them. This will save you a significant amount of money.
Do you have any questions about the process?
Why Choose Implant-Supported Dentures?
Immediate, Long-Lasting Stability
It’s not glue, it’s not suction—it’s a true mechanical attachment. The implant is anchored to the bone—the dentures cannot move.
Painless procedure
It can even be performed without making an incision in the gums, under local anesthesia. Mild sensitivity may occur in the days following the procedure—but you shouldn't expect any significant pain.
This procedure can also be performed on patients taking blood thinners
When it does not involve an incision in the gums, the procedure can be performed even on patients taking blood-thinning medication.
Your existing teeth can be saved
In many cases, it is not necessary to have new dentures made. If your current dentures are in good condition, we will modify and secure them—which will cost less.
The jawbone will no longer atrophy
Titanium implants promote bone preservation. Unlike with traditional dentures, bone loss does not continue in this case.
What Our Patients Have Said
Would you like to regain your self-confidence?
Why is it better to choose the Halász Clinic?
Compared to our competitors: what makes what we offer better?!
- The ball joint on our mini implants is replaceable; over the years, it almost always wears out and becomes less and less secure. (With the so-called one-piece implants commonly used elsewhere, once the ball joint wears out, there is nothing that can be done, or the implant must be removed from the bone.)
- If we’re using “standard” rather than mini Nobel Biocare implants for your dentures, we’ll place them in such a way that later—if you wish, even years down the line—you can have additional implants inserted to create a fully fixed, non-removable bridge using the FixProtézis-retaining implants.
- The prosthesis is made using digital workflows—a first in Hungary—along with oral scanning and 3D printing: we don’t use uncomfortable impressions, so there’s no nausea either. The 3D-printed dentures are stronger and more biocompatible.
- Hungary's very first (2022)—and to date, only—PIC photogrammetric intraoral scanner: the world's most accurate impression-taking method for dental implants
- The Halász Clinic is the only facility in Hungary to offer the highest level of sterility, in accordance with U.S. hospital standards. This provides greater protection against infections and inflammation for frail and elderly patients.
- Many pieces of equipment and technologies were first put into operation in Europe or in our country through our company. With us, you always get the best to ensure the most lasting results.
Why is the Halász Clinic’s in-house, exclusive dental laboratory beneficial for patients?
- The entire manufacturing process for your dental prosthesis is carried out under our strict supervision
- That is why we “dare” to offer this guarantee
- We can adjust the color and shape on the spot according to your preferences—even immediately. You can discuss this directly with our dental technician.
- You don't need to bring anything to the dental technician. It will be ready faster, and there's no risk of damage during transport.
- Our temporary dental restorations can be sent into production immediately. Thanks to our digital workflows, we can produce them quickly—so you won't have to make as many trips here.
- We can perform warranty repairs immediately; you can wait here while we do them
Frequently Asked Questions About Fixing a Fixed Denture
What are the advantages and disadvantages of a fixed prosthesis compared to a non-removable fixed bridge supported by implants?
Scroll down to “See the subtitle ”Fixed Dentures or All-on-4?” and the comparison chart. We explain it in detail there.
Am I a good candidate for this treatment?
Most patients who wear removable dentures are suitable candidates for the procedure. We will assess your individual suitability during a free consultation—examining the quality of your bone and gums, as well as the condition of your dentures.
How much does it cost to have a prosthesis fitted?
The exact price depends on the number of implants and the condition of your existing teeth. We’ll provide this information after the examination—with no hidden fees. Payment can be made in two installments: at the start of treatment, and then 3–4 months later, upon completion.
Is the procedure painful?
No. Extra-thin implants are placed under local anesthesia, sometimes without even making an incision in the gum. Mild swelling or tenderness may occur in the days following the procedure, but most patients do not even need pain medication.
Can I keep my existing dentures?
In many cases, yes. If your current dentures are in good condition, we will modify and secure them—this is a more affordable option than having new dentures made.
How long does the treatment last?
The implant placement procedure takes about 60 minutes. The retaining clips are placed after 3 months—during this time, you will continue to wear your dentures, which will be temporarily stabilized.
Does health insurance cover this treatment?
Unfortunately, health insurance does not cover prosthesis fitting. However, you can apply for assistance from a health savings fund.
How long does the effect of the fixation last?
A titanium implant can last up to 20 years. The retaining rings (rubber components) may need to be replaced from time to time—we perform this procedure at our clinic.

Fixed Dentures or All-on-4?
Which one is worth it in the long run? All factors considered,
what they're hiding (in most places).
Fixed dentures (fixed removable dentures supported by implants) also rest on the gums; they cover the gums and the implants. This is detrimental to the implants and has other consequences as well: it is no coincidence that implants placed under removable dentures—where applicable—typically come with a much shorter warranty—see the table below.
We’d like to draw your attention to one very important fact! Many patients have come to us from other clinics with fixed dentures supported by mini-implants that were placed as long as 2–3 years ago: the dentures are moving, wobbling again, and come out easily. This is because the titanium ball anchor on the implant—the attachment—has worn out. It cannot be replaced. The only way to solve the problem is to remove the implants and replace them with new ones, along with a new set of dentures.
At the Halász Clinic, we use only mini implants with replaceable abutments. These are not the cheapest mini implants available. However, by having your fixed prosthesis made with us, we’re saving you from a lot of future inconvenience and expense.
