We’ve been performing implant procedures for 32 years, and 31 years ago we placed our first implant in a completely edentulous jaw to restore the patient’s teeth. Depending on the solution you choose, we offer a 5- or 10-year comprehensive warranty. They won’t fall out or break. Should a problem arise? We’ll fix it quickly and free of charge. We exclusively use implants from Nobel Biocare, one of the world’s most renowned premium manufacturers, which come with a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer.
Fully digitized workflows, the most precise technology in our country
We can also assist with the implantation itself using CAD design. For dental restorations, we don’t use slow, imprecise, and uncomfortable impressions; instead, we use advanced digital facial and bite scanning—the world’s most accurate PIC scanning method, available exclusively at the Halász Clinic in Hungary. This means you’ll need to visit us fewer times; our dental restorations are made faster yet with greater precision—and are therefore more durable.

The procedure is completely painless even under local anesthesia, but sedation is also available upon request. One week after implantation, we provide our patients with high-powered soft laser therapy to ensure a more pain-free recovery. It usually takes 3.5–4 months and 3 visits from the initial „tooth extraction” to a beautiful, finished smile. After implantation, you can rest in our recovery rooms; we provide all necessary medications, so you don’t even have to go to a pharmacy.

STARTING THE PROCESS:
I don't have any bone—is a dental implant still possible?
A great many people come to our clinic having been told that they don’t have enough bone for dental implants. The reality is that many implantologists and dentists who perform implant procedures are not specialized in—and therefore do not have (sufficient) expertise in—methods that avoid the need for bone grafting. This is a separate subspecialty of implantology that was developed specifically and almost exclusively for the purpose of “fixed dental implants in cases of complete edentulism.“.
Specialized dental implants are manufactured for some of these techniques, which cannot be performed using standard implants. In fact, only a handful of companies manufacture these “special-purpose” implants because it is such a niche market: it requires a great deal of experience and professional expertise. Examples of such specialized techniques include Trefoil, Zygoma, trans-sinus, and “pterygoid.” Specialized implants for these techniques include the Nobel Biocare Zygoma and Groovy Speedy.

At 70, am I too old for implants?
Not at all! 30% of our patients are over 65 years old. Our oldest patient received successful implants at age 84 and happily used them until age 93, when he passed away.
There is no upper age limit for implants—you just need to be in good health. During the consultation, we’ll assess your health and let you know if implants are right for you.
In fact, having a fixed denture is especially important as we age—it helps maintain proper nutrition, health, and quality of life.
Does the surgery hurt?
No. The surgery is performed under local anesthesia—you won't feel a thing during the procedure. It's similar to a longer dental procedure.
After surgery: You may experience some swelling and discomfort for 3–4 days, which can be effectively managed with pain medication. Most of our patients say it was much less uncomfortable than they had feared. After 5–6 days: Discomfort is minimal, and you can eat soft foods as usual.
How much does a full-arch implant treatment cost?

Do I have enough bone for the implants? They told me I don't have enough...
This is the most common concern—and it can usually be resolved, often without the need for bone grafting!
Over the past 32 years, we have successfully treated all of our cases, even those involving severe bone loss.
Solutions:
• Angled or specialized implants or techniques (e.g., All-on-4, Trefoil, All-on-5; zygomatic, trans-sinus, and pterygoid implants) – avoid areas with insufficient bone density
• Short implants – when there is less bone, you may need more of them
• Bone grafting – if necessary, we will rebuild the bone (with a 10-year warranty)
A 3D CT scan provides a clear picture of the condition of the jawbone, and during the consultation, after listening to the patient’s needs, we recommend several options from which the patient can choose.
How long will it take to recover? When can I eat normally again?
The healing time for implants to fuse with the bone is usually 3–4 months. .
But it's important to note: This does NOT mean you'll have to wear dentures for months!
We usually place a temporary fixed bridge immediately (on the first day after surgery)—you can eat softer foods right away, and after 2 months, you can eat more solid foods.
With your permanent bridge, you can chew and eat anything, no matter how hard—green apples, tougher cuts of meat, or hard bread.
In summary: You can heal without a prosthesis, walk with fixed temporary teeth, and eat normally.
How long do implants last?
We offer a 10-year warranty—but our patients use them for 20 to 30 years on average.

What is the care like? Is it difficult to maintain the implants?
It's easier than you might think!
Home (daily):

Can I get an implant even if I have diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart disease?
In most cases, yes—but it depends on the severity of the disease and how well it is controlled.
Diabetes: Well-controlled diabetes generally isn't a problem. Healing may be a little slower, but implantation is successful.
High blood pressure / heart disease: If the condition is well-controlled, there are generally no contraindications. If necessary, we will consult with a cardiologist or perform the surgery under the supervision of an anesthesiologist.
Osteoporosis: It can often be treated using a specialized protocol.
