We were finished within an hour: an inlay was placed in my tooth, which was made on-site very quickly and fitted immediately. The radiation exposure from a CBCT scan is equivalent to a transatlantic flight. This is 40 times less than a chest CT scan, but it provides immeasurably more information than a standard panoramic X-ray. Since 2009, we have been using ONLY CBCT — because both safety and accuracy matter.
