Bone grafting

Tooth implantation is a simple procedure.  Bone grafting in more difficult cases can be a lengthy, complex procedure with higher complication’s rate. At Halász Clinic, a 10-year full warranty is given for bone augmentation procedures. By doing so, we indicate that bone replacement surgery at our clinic is not an attempt but a routine procedure performed according to a plan.

It is not a coincidence that we serve as a ‘meeting point’ for complex and very difficult cases. It is not uncommon for patients to come to us after consulting several implantologists and being told they are hopeless, unsolvable cases. They would travel to the other side of the world to find a solution for their problem. Yes, a complex bone replacement-implantology case requires determination and being able to go without certain things temporarily, as well as patience and money.

With the help of a CT scan, sometimes an area suitable for implantation can be found. The implants can be placed using the precision NobelGuide implantation, and bone replacement can thus be avoided.

The healing time for smaller bone replacements is 3 months. For more extensive ones, it is 9 months.

Lifetime warranty for implants: Nobel Biocare guarantees to replace any Nobel Biocare implant that fails to remain in the bone in which it is implanted. Nobel Biocare will replace free of charge the implant and Nobel Biocare restorative components placed on the implant at the time of failure with the same Nobel Biocare implant and restorative components as installed on the implant at the time of failure (the only possible changes are related to diameter and/or length).
