Extremely thorough tartar removal is \u201eonly\u201d the first step in the fight against periodontal disease (periodontitis) and tooth loss! We have implemented the most rigorous oral hygiene treatment protocol for cases of periodontal disease. Adherence to this comprehensive, well-thought-out, and strictly followed protocol is half the battle.<\/p>

During the dental hygiene phase of gum disease treatment, we record various indices: plaque, bleeding, pus, and periodontal status. We objectively measure not only the severity of the gum disease but also the healing process. Furthermore, we assess the thoroughness of the patient\u2019s oral hygiene and its progress.
