This is detrimental to the implants and has other consequences as well: it is no coincidence that implants placed under removable dentures\u2014where applicable\u2014typically come with a much shorter warranty\u2014see the table below.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We\u2019d like to draw your attention to one very important fact! Many patients have come to us from other clinics with fixed dentures supported by mini-implants that were placed as long as 2\u20133 years ago: the dentures are moving, wobbling again, and come out easily. This is because the titanium ball anchor on the implant\u2014the attachment\u2014has worn out. It cannot be replaced. The only way to solve the problem is to remove the implants and replace them with new ones, along with a new set of dentures.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the Hal\u00e1sz Clinic, we use only mini implants with replaceable abutments. These are not the cheapest mini implants available.
