CASE REPORTS
We publicate here only that cases in which the patient wore removable denture or was entirely edentulous, and whose oral rehabilitation was carried out by implants and fixed restoration. Every edentulous case can be solved in many ways: with inserting 4-6-8-10 implants and with more types of prostheses. We choose the appropriate solution discussing thoroughly with the patient considering the anatomical status, the patient’s needs and financial backgrounds.
We demonstrate one case from each possibilities. (Even if it is not photo-documented, 90% of our patients could give up wearing his/her old removable denture on the day of implantation, because thanks to the new technics of implantation in case of edentolousness we load the implants immediately in 90% of the cases. It is more favourable from respects of problemfree healing. The dental laboratory of the HALÁSZ CLINIC makes the fixed temporary prosthesis in 1-2 hours.)

We inserted 7 implants into the bone with amazing precisity, the final restoration, the titanium-ceramic bridge could be done ready previously and fixed immediately after implantation. The most sophisticated prosthesis: screwed-in Procera bridge. The Zirconia abutment is integrated into the Zirconia bridge. The aesthetic result of the fixed in lower Procera bridge is not comparable with the upper temporary plastic bridge. (Because of the huge bone shrinkage we enhanced the aesthetics by pink porcelain, like this the teeth do not seem to be so long.) |

To achieve similarity with the previous natural state, this patients wished as many solo crowns as possible, she did not want her bridge done in one unit. That is why we inserted 8 implants replacing 10 missing teeth. 1,5 hour after implantation we fixed her temporary bridge onto the implants, which easthetic is not above reproach, but it is not comparable with a removable denture. And finally her satisfied smile… |

Nobody volunteered to do the implantation for this woman from Budapest because of her huge bone shrinkage. 6 months after the upper bone augmentation we could insert 6 implants. On the lower jaw we applied an American technic: we put in 5, so called interforaminal implants. 4 months later the final conventional metal-fused-to-ceramic restoration were fixed. |

I made the lower implant-retained bridge 10 years ago: porcelain bridge on 4 implants. (The patients has got lacks in oral hygiene!) Now we made conventional metal-fused-to-ceramic restoration onto the new upper implants. |

2 more cases for a taste of fully ceramic restorations. We can be called experts because the most difficult is to make unvisible and longlife prosthesis next to existing natural teeth.

We changed the worn lower denture. The lower CEREC crowns after cementation. Do You think the upper teeth natural or not? Not! This is the first lithium-disilicate crowns in Hungary, the newest fully ceramic material of the future. |
